DECK-BUILDING & COLLECTING

DEFAULT DECK-BUILDING RULES

Decks require: 3 Champion cards and 47 non-Champion cards. Champion classes can be repeated, not the cards.

The other 47 cards must meet the following criteria in order to be included in the deck:

  • A maximum of 1 copy per card is allowed (temporarily, up to 2 copies)

  • A maximum of 25 common cards (CO) is allowed per deck.

  • A maximum of 20 uncommon cards (UN) is allowed per deck.

  • A maximum of 10 rare cards (RA) per deck is allowed.

  • Cards with a designated class must match the classes of the chosen Champions, in order to be incorporated into the deck.

  • Cards without a designated class can be incorporated into any deck.

Cards are identified by the unique information displayed in the bottom right corner: set, number and rarity.

All rare cards (RA) are holographic.

The deck-building requirements are designed to maximize the use of all the cards in the edition, to encourage you to try many different combinations and decks, to balance the power of the competing decks, among others.

Alternate art cards (ALT) are the most difficult cards to find (1 every 18 boosters).

These cards are art-alternative holographic versions of the original CO, UN and RA cards with the same name and number. As we can see in this example, Talos has an ALT version.
